Licence to Use the Platform

You represent and warrant that you own all rights in the UGC you submit, that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that the content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You agree that you will not submit any UGC that is defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable; that contains personal attacks on individuals or groups based on religion, caste, gender, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability; that spreads misinformation, fake news, or unverified rumours; that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right; or that violates any applicable law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder. enewsxpress reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, edit, moderate, or remove any UGC at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the restrictions on UGC set out above, you agree that while using enewsxpress you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform, our servers, or any network connected to our platform. You will not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other malicious or technologically harmful code into our systems. Subscription Services and Payment Terms
eNewsXpress may offer certain premium content, ad-free reading experiences, exclusive newsletters, or other value-added services on a paid subscription basis. Where such subscription services are offered, the specific pricing, billing frequency, and features included in each subscription tier will be clearly set out on the relevant subscription page of our website. By subscribing to any paid service, you authorise eNewsXpress or our designated payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee at the applicable rate and on the applicable billing cycle.
All subscription fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time, provided that we will give you at least thirty days’ advance notice of any price increase before it takes effect. If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the revised price, you may cancel before the new price comes into effect. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within thirty days of receiving notice of a dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, with the seat of arbitration being in India, and the language of proceedings being English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Termination of Access
enewsxpress reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the platform and any account you hold with us, without prior notice and without liability to you, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties, or for any other reason that we deem appropriate in the interests of the platform and its users. Upon termination of your access, your licence to use the platform and its content immediately ceases, and you must discontinue all use of eNewsXpress.
